Through my capacity at Cutters I sit in on planning meetings with the board for upcoming seasons, I lead a team of trainers and volunteer coaches through implementing practice plans for various teams and ages. I am responsible for the retention and/or hiring of 40+ employees, I will also create approximately 60 teams from an estimated 550 participants divided by age, sex, and experience level, and parental preference. I am actively involved in the creation of soccer curriculum aimed at player development for players aged 4-14. I\'ve had an absolute blast coaching soccer here at Cutters, coaching brings back so many great memories.
