I am an HDI-certified customer service representative, QBO Certified ProAdvisor and for the past several years I have been providing service and support to accountants and other business professionals hosting applications in the cloud. Through my experience in working with a vast array of accounting and business solutions as well as hosted and cloud-based delivery models, I have gained tremendous insight into the challenges users face when adopting cloud and Internet-based services. Along with my Cloud Technology know-how I have an in-depth knowledge and history of face to face sales and services.
