I’m a qualified assessor, trainer and IRSE-licensed signalling maintainer Fault Finder who enjoys helping people build their confidence and competence in the signalling discipline. Whether assessing, teaching or mentoring, my goal is always the same: to make the industry safer, stronger and more supportive for those coming through.My experience covers maintenance, faulting, testing and installation, and I’ve led teams in both planned works and reactive response. I always aim to create a positive working environment where people feel able to learn, develop and progress.Having come up through the tools myself, I understand the value of clear guidance and fair assessments, which is why I focus on strong communication, safety and practical understanding. Before signalling, I served in the British Army, and the discipline, teamwork and leadership I learned there still guide how I work today.I’m always open to connecting with others in the industry, especially those working toward their IRSE licences or looking for support with competence development.
