About Emma Stamberger

Originally from Saint Louis, Missouri, I am currently studying Supply Chain Management at the University of Arkansas. I am honored and thrilled to be part of the Walton Honors College of Business, where I am developing a strong foundation to pursue a career in the supply chain industry. On track to graduate in three years, I aim to gain practical industry experience before eventually applying to an MBA or master\'s program.At the University of Arkansas, I am actively involved in leadership roles that enrich my collegiate experience. I proudly serve as a Lead Peer Mentor in the Walton Honors Peer Mentor Program, participate as a member of Dean Brent William\'s Student Collaboration Team, and contribute as part of Women Impacting Supply Chain Excellence (WISE). These roles have allowed me to cultivate valuable leadership skills and foster meaningful connections.My goal is to combine focus, discipline, and relationship-building to achieve success both during my time at the U of A and throughout my future career.

   Travel weekly to support different customer accounts across regions, gaining hands-on experience with diverse sales operations and client relationships-Assist sales managers with inventory management, distribution coordination, and day-to-day customer support to ensure smooth supply chain execution-Create a capstone internship project focused on insights gathered from field experience, culminating in a presentation of innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement at McLane.
