As a Design Engineer at AtkinsRéalis for past two years, I contributed to a diverse range of projects, spanning from low-rise to high-rise structures, and actively participated in multidisciplinary coordination across various disciplines. Designed post-tensioned slabs for multiple projects within the Middle East structures team. My involvement encompassed all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial concept development to securing authority approvals. I held responsibility for the structural framing arrangement and detailed design for high rise structures• Al Maryah Office Towers (35 & 25 Story), Abu DhabiThe development consists of 2-Office Towers with a common Podium located on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. The Towers will be constructed in Plot CP10 /11 and CP12 /13 within the Phase 2 District Zone. Tower T1 is 195m tall and Tower T2 is 130m tall. Total BUA is around 227765 sqm and total GFA is around 119445 sqm. All buildings are primarily Concrete Structures with Lateral Stability System consists of Central Core and the gravity loads shared by perimeter columns along with central core walls. Towers typical floors are post-tensioned (PT) slabs and Basement & Podium levels are RC slabs• LIV – LUX: 200m Tall 50 Storey Residential tower, DubaiA 200-meter-tall residential high-rise tower having a transfer structure at the podium level 7 to support the tower columns, accommodating up to 40 stories. The podium consists of seven levels above ground and includes one basement level. The tower is predominantly a concrete structure having a lateral stability system that comprises a central core, with gravity loads distributed between the perimeter columns and the walls of the central core.
