Manages a project life cycle from documentation of business requirements through solution acceptance by the group(s) who will be responsible for ongoing operations.Leads requirements and verification through creative means such as customer interviews, requirements workshops, storyboards, business process analysis, etc.Develops software fit/gap analyses, functional specifications, preliminary and detailed business requirements, use cases, and business process/workflow diagrams.Aligns technical solutions and features to requirements and tracing/monitoring the fulfillment of those requirements.Facilitates discussions employing techniques that help groups discover and develop insights and remain engaged with the task.Uses data and information to assess and understand issues, evaluate options, form accurate conclusions, and make decisions.Works as a liaison between departments and technical staff by translating business needs into technical specifications for execution by technical staff.Provides perspective from user or business need on current technological systems.Leads an electronic records management implementation of a vendor-hosted platform.Performs technical duties as required.Applies excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.Creates design, development, delivery, and management of communication plan, project roadmap, training plan, test plan, change management plan, etc,Develops and delivers end-user training materials for new systems.Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path, and resolves issues within the project team.Coaches, mentors, motivates, and leads project team members and contractors, and influences them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.Holds self and others accountable to meeting commitments.Performs other duties as assigned.
