With 20+ years of experience in education, I lead Education360, a consulting firm that partners with school districts and educational organizations to elevate leadership, instruction, and student success. We specialize in strengthening math teaching and learning, developing mentoring and coaching systems, and building the capacity of educators and leaders to create equitable, high-performing school communities. Our approach is grounded in research and practice—we design professional learning, conduct math opportunity audits, and deliver coaching and consulting that help schools move from intention to measurable impact.Beyond my work in education, I am also the Founder & CEO of CoFit365, a social fitness platform dedicated to improving community health and connection. Through our mobile app and local partnerships, we encourage movement-based social interactions and support small businesses while helping people combat isolation and inactivity.Across both ventures, my mission is the same—to empower people and organizations to grow stronger together.
