Life Science – Applied Resources, Lake Forest, CA Project 1 - L202-L203 Bridge Building. Project 2 - L203 Expansion. Project 3 - L202 Tenant Improvement. County of Orange Civic Center – County Administration North, Santa Ana, CA Ground-up of a 6-story, office building worth $170M featuring new offices for the Orange County Board of Supervisors and a 300-seat boardroom. Radisson BLU Hotel & Parking Structure, Anaheim, CAGround-up of a 232,140-square-foot, 12-story upscale hotel worth $110M featuring 326 guest rooms, a sixth-floor patio with a pool and spa, along with a rooftop pool deck with a splash pad. Built a 3.5-level, above-grade parking structure with 366 stalls. Beverly Center Renovation, Los Angeles, CAA complete interior and exterior renovation were performed in a fully operational eight-story mall, with 3 levels of retail and 5 levels of parking. Total Work included new curving metal mesh exterior panels; a large skylight “river” running the entire length of the mall; a new food court and upgraded retail spaces; and a rooftop patio. The parking garage was fully renovated with new integrated parking technology.
