Scope of Responsibilities: Broker and Partner of NAI Charleston, David has more than 25 years in commercial real estate. His experience dates back to 1996, when he opened a Charleston office for the RealtiCorp land fund. He later founded Vanguard Development Group, which joined operations with NAI Avant in 2010 to form the firm\'s Charleston office. In 2017, the NAI Avant Charleston office transitioned into NAI Charleston, where David remains a partner. Background & Experience: In 2003, David formed a medical office development group focusing on site selection and turn-key development services for physician groups.
