Over the last 5 years my attention shifted from mainstream investment banking/corporate finance to out of the box funding structures more supportive of the changing world around us. Combining deep finance experience with adaptive management practices. A bit like pushing water uphill, yet there are promising pockets to be cultivated and supported. Examples are trust-based funding, and systemic funding approaches, supportive of moving to an inclusive world. The elephant in the room is the lack of finance support for the societal shift underway. Always open to listen, and share, experiences with those implementing inclusive structures beyond the significant constraints of the existing system. Oscillating between Canada & South Africa.
