As the Executive Director of ConnectiKids, I take great pride in my over 20 years of experience in education and strong commitment to empowering children, families, and communities. My drive for educational equity fuels my passion for this work. With more than 15 years in leadership, fundraising, Human Resources, and the non-profit sector, I have effectively led teams, built strong partnerships, and implemented impactful educational programs.Before my current position, I served as the Director of Programs at ConnectiKids, where I led educational initiatives, fostered community relationships, and formed strategic alliances. My leadership approach combines tenacity with a deep commitment to mentorship, inspiring others to rally around a shared vision of educational equity and empowerment.My key strengths lie in education, communication, collaboration, and mentoring. I am dedicated to providing every team I work with the support, guidance, and opportunities they need for personal and professional growth.
