Performed CFD using STAR-CCM+ to evaluate flow paths / pressure drop / separation behavior; used simulation to guide geometry updates and reduce test iterations.Led mechanical design of electrical enclosure architecture, including main cabinet and backplane layout for integration/serviceability.Designed chamber flow components and gas filtration hardware (cyclone + filter housing); supported iterative design changes based on test results.Planned and executed cyclone testing and characterization (test setup, instrumentation approach, data review) to validate performance and identify failure modes.Worked on FPGA logic and implemented EtherCAT communication for galvo driver integration (hardware/software interface + bring-up support).
