I’m an engaging and patient HR professional with a strong focus on communication, relationship-building, and program effectiveness. My experience spans absence and disability management, vendor partnerships, employee communications, and training—always with the goal of improving the employee experience and organizational outcomes.In addition to my HR background, I’m a certified personal trainer and run coach offering in-person and remote training, including pre- and postnatal fitness. I design personalized, sustainable programs that help clients reach their goals while building the confidence and skills needed for long-term, independent exercise.I’m a lifelong athlete with over 25 years of running experience and a mom.
