Collaborate with clients, designers and manufacturers to develop garment samples and ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.Provide input on fabric selection, trims and garment construction to optimize the product for both cost-effectiveness and style.Negotiate prices, lead times and production schedules to meet the client\'s cost and delivery expectations.Manage the entire production cycle from order placement to final shipment ensuring all steps are completed on time.Ensure orders are executed within the client\'s budget while maintaining profitability for the company.Create and monitor timelines for each stage of production, ensuring the smooth progress of orders.Oversee the development and approval of samples, ensuring alignment with the client\'s specifications.Act as a point of contact between manufacturers, buying house and clients, managing day to day communications and addressing any issues related to product quality, delivery timelines or production challenges.Monitor and coordinate production progress by staying in regular contact with factories and suppliers.Visit factories to ensure products meet client specifications.
