As an early team member at a rapidly growing marketing technology company focused on connecting Medicare-eligible consumers with licensed insurance agents, I’ve played a key role in shaping our data infrastructure, operational processes, and strategic direction.I led the buildout of our end-to-end Business Intelligence function, partnering closely with a high-performing team of analysts and cross-departmental leaders. Together, we created the systems and reporting frameworks that power every step of the business—from consumer acquisition and lead ingestion to agent matching, compliance, and performance optimization.Highlights & Responsibilities: • Built and scaled the company’s BI infrastructure, including a Redshift data warehouse (now transitioned to a MySQL reporting server) and a full suite of Power BI dashboards and models• Designed SQL-based reporting pipelines to deliver clean, aggregated data across all areas of the business, enabling real-time visibility and insights• Lead a team of talented analysts and oversee the Compliance & Accounts Management department• Partner directly with founders and C-level executives to deliver strategic insights and guide high-impact decisions• Manage and grow relationships with a wide network of trusted marketing partners, ensuring high-quality, scalable consumer acquisition• Serve as a subject matter expert in marketing funnels, compliance, lead scoring and routing, call center performance, buyer contracts, billing, and more• Continuously optimize systems, reporting, and workflows across departments to drive efficiency, accuracy, and growthWhile my title is Director of Business Intelligence, I operate well beyond the bounds of BI—connecting teams, shaping strategy, and helping scale the business from the inside out.
