I have always been passionate about investing in and helping to build great companies. At Black Diamond Financial, we are building a multi-generational wealth management platform and are in constant pursuit of investment excellence. I am proud of the team we have assembled and the impact we are having on the families we serve.I serve as Chairman of CDS Logistics, where we continue to build one of the largest providers of last mile delivery and fulfillment solutions in the United States. CDS specializes in big and bulky products, including furniture, appliances, cabinets, and building products.In addition, I am privileged to serve as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lindblad Expeditions. Lindblad is an expedition travel company that works in partnership with National Geographic to inspire people to explore and care about the planet.Previously, I served as President and CFO of Capitol Investment Corp, where we raised over $13 billion of institutional capital and completed the IPOs of four companies across multiple industries. Earlier in my career, I was a senior investment banker in New York, advising clients on more than $40 billion in equity and debt financings and over $35 billion in merger and acquisition transactions.Beyond my professional roles, I currently serve on the Board of Trustees and as Chair of the Finance Committee for The Johns Hopkins Hospital, and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Calvert School.
