I helped to build a mental health agency dedicated to providing access to quality outpatient mental healthcare for ALL people especially traditionally underserved or disenfranchised populations. I am responsible for hiring and training clinicians with a similar passion for breaking barriers and reducing stigma, who believe the people matter more than the money. I also carry my own caseload, entrenched in the clinical work, provide clinical supervision, work with community partners to build trusting relationships, and other administrative tasks such as scheduling new clients and interfacing with the public.
