To make sure each product is rightly protected (hard-tag/screamers/Alarm tags, etc) and priced correctly Regular check-on Unit Shrink Observation (USO) Constant check on associate’s performance and issuing TRUE cards for the deserving ones Payroll monitoring and staff scheduling accordingly Maintaining 100% CPR (Cashier Performance Report) for self and other cashiers all time Responsible for executing and supervising Company operational processes as needed. Training sales floor and stock Associates on daily basis Identifying and minimizing risk of thefts and damages To gain expertise in different shifts of the store i.e. Opening/Mid and Closing operations Cash office task like - processing tills, cash deposits, SAFE and cash drawers counting and verifying. Constant check and follow up with store and staff KPIs Represents and supports the Company brand at all times Actively contributing in Quarterly Inventory prep, Boys and Girls Club Donations, Zip Code Surveys, Credit Card Enrollments, etc. Daily Receiving Truck and coordinating with Stock Lead to make sure no carry-overs Maintaining a professional appearance, in accordance with Company Dress Code. Ensures all Associates adhere to the Company’s work culture and always “coaching in the time” as and when required
