About Dylen Jacob

I’m a recent graduate of The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, where I majored in Finance and minored in Quantitative Economics. This fall, I’ll be joining Strategy & full time as a Deals Strategy Associate.At Ohio State, I found my stride in leadership and entrepreneurship through the Honors Cohort, Buckeye Ventures, Business Builders, and Pi Lambda Phi Fraternity. I also held two on-campus roles in the Undergraduate Leadership and Engagement Office, first as a Peer Impact Consultant and later as PIC Manager. In summer 2025, I serve as Head Counselor for Fisher’s Office of ACCESS summer programs, helping guide and support prospective high school students.My love for travel and global learning led me to work internationally in nonprofit consulting roles in Chiang Mai, Thailand(2023) and Cape Town, South Africa(2024), as well as an internship with Bosch Siemens in Stockholm, Sweden(2022). These experiences challenged me to think differently, collaborate across cultures, and drive meaningful impact.Professionally, I explored the consulting world through two internships at PwC in both the START program and Deals Financial Due Diligence group, where I built experience in valuation, modeling, and strategic analysis.Outside of work, I volunteer as a Kitchen Host at the Ronald McDonald House of Central Ohio and teach 1st and 2nd grade students at A Grade Ahead Learning Center. My biggest motivation is my dog Leo. He’s a daily reminder to lead with patience, loyalty, and a little bit of fun.
