Responsible for responding to RFPs, developing LOEs, staffing plans, and qualification plans to win new projects and further develop the team’s strengths. • Directly oversees, leads, and acts as Engineering and Design Manager on all federal Microgrid and Energy projects to ensure consistency in our offerings as well as standardizing designs to reduce costs and complexity. These projects range from $20 million to over $80 million each and are teams of 8 to 20+ cross discipline engineers and support staff. • Serves as the departments Recruiting Specialist and Development Specialist to continue to attract new talent while growing and expanding the existing team ensuring we foster internal growth. • Serves as a key member of the leadership team in all department, marketing, and business development decisions for the entirety of the Federal Division.
