Lead technology-based economic development and program evaluation projects for city, regional, and state, and federal agencies, which include extensive stakeholder engagement, policy research, and analysis of economic and administrative data-Translate complex research findings into executive-ready decks and strategic reports aligned with client priorities-Oversee the design, administration, and analysis of CISP’s survey and qualitative research activities (e.g, focus groups, interviews)-Develop feasibility studies and actionable recommendations for innovation centers and hubs, including organizational strategy, workforce analysis, cost-benefit modeling, and economic impact assessment-Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, shaping technical approaches, authoring proposals, and presenting in pitch interviews-Supervise and mentor three senior research analysts: Meet regularly to support their professional development, monitor their performance, and provide guidance on developing strategies for navigating workplace challenges

At SRI’s Center for Innovation Strategy and Policy, I have supported projects with federal and state organizations, including the National Science Foundation, Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security, Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory, State Council of Higher Education for Virginia, Oregon Higher Education Coordinating Commission, Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development, and Massachusetts Technology Collaborative. My project focuses span conducting ecosystem analyses, survey research and development, and mixed-method program evaluation. Recent topics of interest include technology-based economic development, labor market skills supply and demand, workforce development and opportunities for upward mobility, and economic impact analyses.Graduated from the University of Maryland (UMD) with a Master of Public Policy, focusing on International Security and Economic Policy in 2020.
