I\'m Dylan Samat, a Marketing student at San José State University with a passion for creative storytelling, strategic branding, and digital engagement. With a concentration in Business Administration – Marketing and a minor in Photography, I blend analytical thinking with visual design to craft compelling marketing content and data-driven campaigns.Currently, I serve as the Communications/Social Media Assistant at the SJSU College of Engineering, where I lead content strategy, write feature stories, and create content and graphics for the university website and social media platforms. I\'ve also supported brands like Beats by Dre through externships focused on consumer behavior, market research, and AI-driven data analysis. My recent role as a Social Media Marketing Analyst at Technical Consulting & Research, Inc. has allowed me to expand my expertise in SEO, platform optimization, and brand storytelling on LinkedIn.From managing a student-run retail store to placing Top 5 in California DECA’s Integrated Marketing Campaign competition, I have consistently taken initiative in leadership, research, and execution. My technical skills include Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and AI tools for marketing research and sentiment analysis.Whether I’m designing a social media post, analyzing consumer trends, or capturing the perfect photo, I bring creativity, curiosity, and a results-oriented mindset to everything I do.
