As the co-founder of the PNW Tree Failure Database, we developed a survey to capture data of trees that fail. The when, where, why, how of tree failure. The survey form has now been modified and implemented by the International Tree Failure Database, California Tree Failure Database, Western Chapter USA, Spain, US Forestry, and the world! We are working to having this data available for everyone that works with trees on all levels. The data can be utilized to create species profiles.
