I have extensive experience in export credit agency guarantees and insurance products, commercial debt and finance lease transactions, operating leasing, tax lease structures, pre-delivery financings, capital markets and Islamic financing structures, asset transfers (including transfers of individual asset, leasing companies and portfolios), M&A transactions and restructurings and enforcements.My sector focus covers the aviation, satellites, helicopters, mining, utilities, shipping and structured finance and I have acted for a broad range of clients including major international banks, export credit agencies, DFIs, utility companies, airlines, leasing companies, lessees and borrowers.
