ABOUT DYLAN PINTER-FINDLATER
I am a results-driven manager at Intact Insurance, where I currently lead one of our national Digital Underwriting Strategy teams. With strong expertise in commercial insurance, I aim to develop and execute innovative, solution-oriented strategies that drive profitable growth and enhance underwriting performance. I take pride in leveraging technical skills and industry insights, while consistently collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve individual and organizational goals.I hold my Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designations and am currently pursuing my Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation. Passionate about education and advancing industry knowledge, I serve as the co-chair of the Insurance Institute of Southern Alberta\'s Education and Licensing Committee, as well as an industry mentor for students at Bow Valley College and the University of Calgary.Outside of work, you\'ll find me exploring the Alberta Rockies through hiking and camping, traveling to discover new cultures and cuisines, or competing as a cat 1/2 road cyclist.
