Approached the owner about FB/IG.The next three years would build the foundation for what you see.Recruited by WALTER Surface Technologies as a Digital Marketing & eCommerce Specialist, North America.Managed $100m+ sales per year and a ad budget.Work 8am-5pm at WALTER, then handle clients from 6pm on. Often skip dinner to keep it afloat.Waited tables on weekends, and also navigated a relationship w/ a loving woman who never signed up for this lifestyle.September 9th, 2016, my life changed.Cloud 9 was almost two. I was working three jobs. After careful consideration, I left the corporate world.Salary, benefits, 401k, gone. Never took a dime out of Cloud 9, so all profit was invested back in. At 25, waiting tables just became my sole source of income.\"Aren\'t you embarrassed to be waiting tables? What if a client sees you or you have to WAIT ON ONE?\"Confidence comes from transparency. My clients knew I waited tables. Some would even come in, ask for me, and tip well!I\'m fortunate to roll one client into the next. 90% of our business comes from referral. 10% is organic search and excellent online reviews (over 150 five-star, and counting).Our internship program produced our most valuable assets, Ashley and Steven, our Marketing Assistants.
