I am a transformational leader with over two decades of experience in non-profit management, dedicated to the belief that choice is the most powerful tool for breaking cycles of poverty. Throughout my career, I have focused on advancing equity for women and young girls, ensuring that those often silenced are given the platform, education, and resources to own their futures.My non-profit toolbox is robust, covering:• Strategic Planning & Small Business Development• Successful Grant Writing & Donor Engagement• Community Building & Advocacy for Marginalized Voices• Negotiation & Conflict ResolutionI thrive on finding creative solutions to complex challenges. Currently, I am channeling that passion into Gumboots Family Farm in Guys Mills, PA. By returning our family farm to full operation, I am merging executive leadership with mixed-use regenerative agriculture. Just as I have spent twenty years building healthy organizational ecosystems, I am now focused on keeping the soil happy, the animals smiling, and the planet thriving.Academically, my Master of Science in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Creighton University equips me to navigate high-stakes environments and find mutually beneficial solutions. Whether I am advocating for gender equity, developing sustainable environments, or \"turning dirt into deliciousness,\" my goal remains the same: to create safe, thriving spaces where people and the planet can reach their full potential.
