About Dylan Marone
12+ year hospitality veteran, with emphasis on group sales, event planning and relationship management. Successfully opened a hotel while introducing a new Marriott brand to the OKC metro, executed once-in-a-lifetime events with attendance over 1,700, managed teams to achieve brand recognition for guest satisfaction, all before the age of 30. With my previous experience, I have brought my knowledge to the Chamber world to better the city I represent. The Midwest City Chamber of Commerce has hosted a large annual aerospace conference for 18+ years, Tinker and The Primes, in which I can use my experience to assist, while providing support for our membership in order to grow within our community and continue to make meaningful connections. In my 1st year at the Chamber, I was promoted to Director of Engagement, taking on additional responsibilities while also filling the void of not having a membership director. During that year, I worked hard to increase overall membership, seeing increased overall membership dues, increased our total annual sponsorships from events by $40k+ compared to the previous year, partnered with numerous organizations to plan and support events to add to our exposure and mission and received the Outstanding Chamber Staff of the Year Award at the 2023 Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce Executives annual conference. Our team continues to brainstorm new ideas to support our members, add beneficial programming and work towards initiatives that help our community.
