Enterprise Command Center Senior Problem Manager. I lead the retrospective program and perform analytics of major incident trends. I facilitate the investigation of root cause analysis of technology incidents, permanent fixes to those causes, and identification of broader trends and patterns to remediate enterprise-wide issues in order to ensure reliability and availability of Fannie Mae applications and systems.
