About Dylan Ginalick

Hello, my name is Dylan Ginalick. Currently, I am a Corn Accountant for ADM, facilitating the month-end close process for three Decatur facilities and creating analysis projects for plants and products to leverage for decision-making. Alongside month-end close, I create, manage, and analyze profit-and-loss statements for four ADM products.I graduated Illinois State University with honors and a 4.0 GPA by obtaining a major in Financial Accounting and a minor in Data Analytics. During my collegiate career, I was the President of the 85-member Pi Sigma Epsilon chapter, where we focus on fostering professional development within the Illinois State community. We leveraged marketing strategies, research, and consulting projects to forecast and plan internal and external operations. We also host sales and case competitions allowing members to obtain real-world marketing and selling experience with professionals. Ultimately, as the President, my mission is to give our members the tools to develop professionally in an environment that enriches, supports, and fosters growth to prepare individuals for their futures. Along with the presidency, I held the Vice President of Administration and Recording Secretary roles previously that enabled my success in the presidency. For the summers of 2024 and 2025, I interned at ADM. In 2024, as a Global Business Services - Commodity Management Services (GBS-CMS) Settlement Intern, I managed truck, barge, and freight payables and receivables. I facilitated and ushered in payments for ADM\'s RegenAg movement, working with farmers to enhance and expand regenerative agriculture processes and programs. In 2025, I worked as a corn accountant, facilitating the month-end close for Decatur\'s Cogeneration plant which averages around in expenses annually. Projects like Grain Book to Physical optimization, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, and P&L frameworks, spanning 30 unique products, to support accounting processes. Through these projects, I worked with 13 softwares and gained a better sense of ADM\'s business across CarboSol, AS & O, and Nutrition.Over the fall/last semester of my senior year of college, I worked part-time with ADM, tasked with a project to consolidate and analyze 11 joint ventures and their data to leverage business decisions which allowed me to work with ADM Treasury and finance to gain a better business understanding.I\'m excited to continue work within my current role through relentlessly leveraging data, technology, and continuous improvement strategies to provide support for my team and ADM.
