About Dylan Danks
My passion for engineering began at age 12, when I started working with my Dad, doing residential construction. I knew how to build, but I wanted to know the reason why we did things a certain way. I am currently a Structural Engineer-in-Training at KCI Technologies, designing bridges. I have continued to learn and advance my skills by working on some amazing projects.

Was part of a rotational program that allowed for experience in Utilities, Transportation, Land Development, and Bridge design. Now a full time bridge engineer and designer that has performed work for SCDOT, NCDOT, VDOT, TXDOT, and GDOT. My main responsibilities are design calculations, structural analysis, seismic analysis, and drawing production. Some of the major projects I\'ve worked on are Port Access Rd, US-278 Corridor study, and I-66 bridges (Outside I-495 Beltway).
