Strategy Management and Governance – Leading the management of the enterprise strategy, including monitoring and reporting progress, facilitating strategy decisions processes with the executive team, and developing BOD governance documents (annual business plans, annual reports, multi-year strategies).• Strategy Consulting – Helping internal clients (e.g. Divisions) make better strategic plans and decisions by identifying insights and facilitating discussions on their corporate performance, local, macro, and emerging trends, as well as strategy best practices.• Transformation Sponsorship – Helping the organization identify transformation opportunities aligned to the strategy, ensuring we are prepared for the change (budget, people, technology), and measuring the impact of the transformation over time. • Challenging Performance - Leading the measurement of annual and multi-year enterprise plans (e.g. annual business plan and multi-year strategy) to facilitate executive and BOD level decisions with the goal to adjust (start, stop, continue) efforts and investments on existing or new strategic objectives.
