I’m a construction and preconstruction professional with experience managing and estimating projects across residential, multi-family, and commercial sectors in Colorado. My background includes overseeing the construction of a 350-unit apartment project in Denver, handling coordination of teams, scheduling, budgeting, and site logistics.I later transitioned into preconstruction estimating, supporting a wide range of project types—including multi-family, hotels, affordable housing, student housing, renovations, and ground-up developments. This mix of field and estimating experience gives me a well-rounded understanding of cost, constructability, and the full project life cycle.Today, I work as an estimator focused on renovation and new-build industrial/retail projects.
