During my employment, I have developed a wide range of technical skills including problem identifying, problem-solving, and how to properly communicate Workday information to others. I desire to become the best the Workday community has to offer.Top Workday Skills: Report Writing, Security, Learning, Business Process Creation, Inbound EIB Integrations, and Calculated Fields.Outside of Workday and HRIS interests, I keep my head in the film/theater industry as well as the entertainment industry as a whole.
Experience
Senior Workday Reporting Analyst
Jan 2023 — Present · Raleigh, NC, US
Focused on developing complex and customized reports in Workday, specializing in HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking, and Performance analytics to support data-driven company decisions.Collaborated heavily with Parexel\'s recruiting/talent team to not only optimize their Workday reports but to also transition users from outside data systems, such as Power BI, to utilizing Workday as a daily tool to optimally view talent, recruiting, and job requisition data sets.Developed, maintained, and scheduled automated report deliveries to HR workers. All report deliveries were custom-tailored to the requestor to be as specific a data file as possible while ensuring no security conflicts were happening with the data.Created intricate Calculated Fields for reports that connect, organize, and summarize data for their associated reports. Many times including multiple layers of embedded Calculated Fields within each other.Designed and built visually appealing dashboards to be data hub for HR Partners and Executives. All Dashboards are built to be as seamless as possible and utilize as many automatic prompts as possible. The Dashboards contained mixtures of resources such as data tables, visual graphs, text worklets, and toolbars.Performed security authentication tests to determine domain permissions needed for certain users to be able to access specific data sets. I would then write up a ticket for the requester with thoroughly detailed testing results so that they may put in a security request with I.T.Became Parexel’s lead Workday Prism configurator. This consisted of maintaining established Prism data sources and creating new Prism data sources. I utilized Prism to not only make mass data instances load quicker in Workday reports, but I used Prism to merge outside Workday data into reports, such as past HRIS system information.
