About Dylan Steele

I\'m a former student athlete at the University of Michigan who graduated in 2024 with a major in sport management and minors in real estate development and entrepreneurship. Through playing my sport, I have learned time management skills, discipline, and what it takes to be part of a winning team. I was able to help my team win a National Titles in 2021, 2022, and 2024. I leveraged my time as a student athlete to become well versed in the world of NIL/influencer marketing. For 2 years I served as the executive board chair for the Michigan Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) pertaining to NIL and NCAA compliance. I have helped the Atheltic department launch their NIL ICON program and have helped the University of Michigan become a leader in the NIL space. In addition, I have a passion for making sports more inclusive and have volunteered/worked for Special Olympics for several years learning the ins and outs of the non-profit world.I have experience in all ends of the entertainment Industry as I worked a full baseball season in the event management/operations department for the Green Bay Rockers in addition to running two concerts at the venue and a catering service. I was instrumental in rebranding the Green Bay Booyah to the Green Bay Rockers in my time.
