Reporting directly to the Deployment Manager, I ensure that all projects are executed smoothly and efficiently, maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality control.\\\\n\\\\nResponsibilities:\\\\n\\\\n- Provide technical support and guidance to new and existing customers\\\\n- Troubleshoot hardware and software deployment issues, including networking, charger manufacturers, and OCPP commands\\\\n- Test and evaluate new hardware and software systems\\\\n- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment\\\\n- Manage project timelines, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders\\\\n- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes\\\\n\\\\nMy technical expertise includes:\\\\n\\\\n- Networking technologies, including LTE modems, WAP, switches, IP addresses LAN, and VPNs\\\\n- Multiple charger manufacturers, such as Liteon, Autel, EVbox, and Phihong, dealing with Level 2 and DCFC charging\\\\n- Proficiency in software and programs related to EV charging infrastructure deployment\\\\n- Advanced knowledge of OCPP commands and related protocols\\\\n\\\\nBy leveraging my technical expertise and project management skills, I\'m able to ensure successful deployment of EV charging infrastructure projects, helping to accelerate the transition to sustainable transportation across Canada and USA.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
