Focussing on coaching, clarity, and accountability to build a high performing environment.I also run a successful charity rugby team that’s played internationally, and I proudly serve on the ABDO board.Recipient of the Boots Opticians Inspiring Leadership Award (2021), and in 2022 I became the first and only person to run 14 consecutive half marathons across all 14 Scottish health boards for charity.
