Create narrative reports for incidents that may result in a court proceeding.Interview, Hire, and Train new AP Agents to conduct floor and CCTV surveillances to perform shoplift arrests. Mentor manager for new Asset Protection Managers.Investigate and interview discovered internal theft incidents. Review Exception Based Reporting to determine operational areas where shrink may be caused. Partner with all Oregon locations to ensure DPSST compliance. Partner with Regional Investigators and Police to prosecute members of Organized Retail Crime groups. Create a shrink awareness program to drive reduction of loss within the store. Monitor alarm systems and provide alarm access to employees as needed.Build strong relationships with employees and in store leadership.Monitor inventory accuracy levels each week after weekly inventory scans.Maintain building security and safety. As needed, respond and react to emergency situations to ensure employee and customer safety.
