About Dylan Oberhaus
I can admit that after graduating from the University of San Diego in 2020 with degrees in international business and marketing, I had no idea what I wanted to drive towards in my professional career. I knew a strength of mine was my ease of communicating well with others and making interpersonal connections, so I decided to take the road of a career in sales and marketing. To say the least, kickstarting a career in sales has been an extremely humbling yet educating experience. Over time in my sales roles, I have been given the opportunity to learn the sales skills needed to position myself as a trusted advisor and build credibility with my clients in order to result in a high rate of retention. Accepting the inevitable rejection that comes in sales and understanding the grit factor obligated to thrive in sales have been the reasons that have contributed the most to the success in my current role. Outside of the office, you can find me backpacking the countryside in the states, listening to live music, and taking photographs with my film camera. I\'m really looking forward to what life has in store for me both inside and outside of work and trust myself to continue to have a positive effect on others.
