ABOUT DYLAN MURPHY
I’m a freshman at Saint John’s University in Minnesota, majoring in Accounting and Global Business, and part of the Honors Program. As a student-athlete on the collegiate swim team, I bring a competitive edge, resilience, and strong time management to everything I do.I’m a 2025 graduate of Wayzata High School, where I was a four-year varsity letter winner and captain of the swim team. I was also an active DECA member for three years, qualifying for the Minnesota state competition twice. These experiences helped shape my interest in business, leadership, and strategic thinking.Since 2023, I’ve worked as a certified lifeguard at the YMCA, gaining valuable real-world experience in responsibility, communication, and team collaboration. In addition I am an age group swim coach for the Hurricanes Swim Team.I’m currently seeking internship opportunities in accounting, finance, or international business where I can apply what I’m learning in the classroom while growing professionally.
