I coordinate and optimizing Paris Saint-Germain Soccer School operations for a team of 25 technical Directors and coaches worldwide.My missions - Apply the Paris Saint-Germain methodology to the entire network of educators in France and abroad- Ensuring the ongoing training of educators (through physical training in the Academy, or online via zoom), taking corrective action where necessary - Creation of training sessions for children from U5 to U16 at various levels- Creation of technical and teaching aids for instructors (PowerPoint, Excel), to provide comprehensive training for every player in the network- Support for all annual events organised by the PSG Academy (tournaments, seminars, training courses, etc.)- Assisting the Technical Managers in each country to pass on the training method (organising and leading technical meetings, reports)- Coordination with all the various internal departments
