About Dylan Kantor
As a student at IU in the Kelley School of Business studying Accounting and Business Analytics, I strive to better myself and my peers around me. My expertise has been shaped by my experiences as a methodical leader, passionate member, and resilient student. Methodical leader: During Covid, I worked as a camp counselor at an overnight camp. By carefully planning activities and games for the camp, I prevented Covid from spreading and gave each camper a summer they would not forget. Passionate member: In search for a club, I joined BBYO—a Jewish youth group organization. As I attended more and more meetings, I pushed myself to meet more brothers and began to love BBYO. Thereafter, I decided to run for chapter board, becoming leader of social media and outreach. Resilient student: After not performing to my full potential in my Business Presentations class, I realized I needed to work hard to refine my public speaking skills. Through joining Toastmasters, I have received helpful feedback from peers and have seen improvements in my presentational abilities. In the future I’d love to work for a top accounting firm and bring my experiences to enhance the working environment of the business.
