Particular specialisms in the negotiation and drafting of hull releases arising from the damage to or loss of vessels and aircraft, managing marine and aviation subrogation actions and in providing marine and aviation insurance coverage advice. Currently handling claims arising from general aviation losses in Nepal, Peru, Suriname and Indonesia, as well as coverage issues arising from a recent major aviation loss. Recent experience successfully securing recovery for insurers in product liability insurance subrogation claims in the US.Leads team and firm marketing activities both in London and Singapore, including the organisation of client events, serving as a featured speaker at industry events and conferences, hosting and presenting industry webinars, and supporting the firm through interviewing potential trainees and vacation scheme students.Dylan is the author of numerous articles on topics including airline liability for the spread of contagious disease (including Covid-19), the liberalisation of the Brazilian aviation market, the growing issue of space debris, the criminalisation of air accidents and the carriage of dangerous goods by air.
