   I\'m passionate about- Creating globally impactful mechanisms to help Wayfair hire and develop the best talent - Partnering with our CTO, VPs, Directors, and other executives to evolve our talent acquisition strategy across Wayfair - Designing and implementing standardized recruiting processes to scale executive hiring efforts efficiently - Delivering projects and trainings in the areas of DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), sourcing, candidate engagement, employee retention, talent assessment, closing, talent intelligence, and recruiting efficiency - Interviewing candidates across multiple job families, orgs, and locations to help Wayfair raise the bar for talent - Providing mentorship to Wayfairians across multiple orgs and countries Our in-house executive recruiting team focuses on building relationships with top leaders in Software Engineering, Product Management, Product Design (UI/UX), Data Science, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics. Our executive search process is full-lifecycle (research and marketing mapping industry leaders, candidate engagement and outreach, advising our internal clients on search strategy, and negotiation and candidate closing).
