   Manage Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) function, overseeing a team of 7 (two offshore) responsible for the lifecycle of vendor management from onboarding, ongoing due diligence and monitoring, and offboarding. Developed and executed a target operating model for TPRM which resulted in a 33% net savings in program spend year over year, while setting up the program to scale with the business. Led an RFP process to identify and bring in an industry leading vendor management tool, successfully transitioning over the course of 6 months. Leveraged industry leading tool to more efficiently manage ~700 vendors by developing workflows and score-based risk analysis to more systematically manage risk. Led the timely remediation of regulatory and internal audit issues upon joining the firm. Managed Model Risk Management (MRM) function, building out the team and overseeing 4 analysts who managed the lifecycle of model management from development, validation, ongoing monitoring, and retirement. Partnered with SVP of ERM to consolidate MRM function under ERM and reduced external validators from 3 to1 strategic partnership to reduce cost and streamline the model risk validation process. Delivered model validations in partnership with external validator for CECL, ALM, and Capital Adequacy Stress Test. Built model inventory system in partnership with Archer development team, allowing for capturing new model assessments and managing active model population. Developed MRM dashboarding in Tableau to more effectively track model findings and upcoming validations.
