College Building Historical Renovation: Renovation of a 42KSF registered historic building to serve as a Welcome Center supporting the Prebys Cancer Center as well as administrative offices supporting Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego Prebys Cancer Center: Design and construction of a 40KSF Cancer Center with attached parking structure. Program components include radiation therapy, infusion, exam and administrative space. Scripps Mercy 6th Avenue Parking Structure: Design of a 1,274 stall, nine story design build parking structure which includes two bridges and a new signalized traffic intersection. Relocation of the Jones House: Relocation and exterior renovation of a registered historic single family residence from the site of the future Prebys Cancer Center to a new location in Mission Hills Design Center Tenant Improvement: Multi Prime renovation of a 10KSF office space to serve as the Design Center for collaborative design of the multi-billion dollar Scripps Facilities Master Plan PROJECT ENGINEER (August 2016 - October 2017) Materials Testing and Conditions Assessment Program at Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista, an OSHPD 1 hospital, as a predecessor to SPC4D design for the SPC 2 buildings on the campus. Chiller Replacement project for Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista: Replacement of two chillers, an air handler, all mechanical systems on the top patient floor of the hospital tower, and voluntary NPC upgrades to the tower. Surface parking improvements project at the Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista: Demolition of an existing structure and construction of 50 new surface parking stalls
