ABOUT DYLAN COYNE
I graduated from Staffordshire University in 2021 with a BSc (Hons) in Policing and Criminal Investigation. Before attending university, I studied BTECs in Applied Law and Business Studies at Cardinal Newman College. These educational experiences, along with various roles I’ve held throughout my life, have shaped my personal and professional growth. Since the age of 13, I’ve worked part-time in a variety of roles, including as a Paper Boy, Safety Court Marshal, Sales Associate, and Waiter. Each position provided valuable skills and experiences that continue to benefit me today. After completing my degree, I spent my first professional year at Pearl Chemicals as a sales and business management graduate. This role involved constant engagement with customers, manufacturers, suppliers, and haulage companies to ensure efficient product sourcing and supply, all while maintaining a strong focus on customer service. In November 2022, I joined G2 Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant, initially specialising in Public Sector finance, legal, and housing. Over the next two years, I gained expertise in recruiting professionals in Housing, Homelessness, Revenues, Benefits, Business Rates, Environmental Health, Finance, and Legal sectors. I quickly progressed to become the second most senior consultant in the Birmingham office, working under the Sales Manager. My role also involved assisting with the hiring process, training new staff, and managing the Housing & Homelessness team. During my career, I have lived and worked in four different cities across the UK, demonstrating my flexibility and ability to relocate with ease. This experience has allowed me to transition and adapt my skills across different sectors, enabling me to thrive in new environments and tackle diverse challenges. As of January 2025, I made the move to G2 Manchester, where I now specialise in placing high-level Architecture professionals with companies across the UK. I look forward to continuing my career, growing professionally, and always maintaining my passion for what I do.
