I am an aspiring professional with experience in leadership, physical performance, and crisis preparedness, seeking an internship in crisis management and physical therapy. As a novice captain of the Fairfield Ludlowe High School Track & Field team, I developed strong communication, adaptability, and decision-making skills in high-pressure settings. I have personally trained individuals to achieve their physical goals, applying principles of sports science, injury prevention, and movement efficiency. I have also conducted observational studies analyzing physical activity and performance to better understand rehabilitation and recovery strategies.
