Hello! I’m Dylan, an Albert Vann Legislative Fellow at the New York City Council. My passions center on sustainable urban planning, environmental advocacy, and social & racial equity.Previously, I completed a year-long exploration of urban food sovereignty, community organizing, and political empowerment as a recipient of the Thomas J. Watson Fellowship. I am also a graduate of Wesleyan University, where I majored in Environmental Studies and History with a minor in Global Engagement.
