Dylan Bolden is a Managing Director and Senior Partner for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Dylan has worked with senior executives around the world to drive industry-leading transformational programs. He is an expert in growth strategy, corporate development, and digital & technology. More recently, Dylan has been advising clients on Digital Transformation with a specific focus on delivering AI@scale. Previously, Dylan was the head of DigitalBCG in North America. In prior roles he was the head of the Dallas office of BCG and the former leader the Global Brand strategy practice, where he developed BCG’s proprietary approach to growth strategy – Demand Centric Growth (DCG).
